I have created the “Bird on a Wire”, series out of the simple enjoyment of observing the birds out of my studio window. “Denim Champagne” is a hand-painted and fused glass work. The birds look to be resting on wires hovering over a still denim hued sea drenched in a champagne sunrise. Kiln-formed glass, vitreous enamel, synthetic polymers.
