I have created the “Bird on a Wire”, series out of the simple enjoyment of observing the birds out of my studio window. “Lemon Meringue Smooch”, is a hand-painted and fused glass work. The birds look to be resting on wires against an otherworldly dimensional environment that shimmers within a golden yellow confection.
